In a team coaching session, relevant joint visions for the future are developed (depending on the assignment) and concrete steps for implementation are planned based on previous successes (the resources of the individual team members and the team as a whole).
The setting is very practice-oriented and involves all team members. The aim (in addition to the agreed individual topic) is greater cohesion through the experience of common, tangible goals that are based on the values of each individual. The connection with and building on previous (even the smallest) successes makes the goals appear realistic, which significantly increases motivation.
