AGBs
Coaching sessions that are canceled or postponed less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at CHF 50. In the event of unexcused absence, the full amount is due.
If no cost bearer pays (IV, SUVA, pension fund, employer), you must pay yourself. Health insurance does not cover the costs of coaching.
Group courses
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made before the first course date. Payment in installments is possible on request. If individual appointments cannot be attended, the participant will receive the relevant documents and will be asked to study them at home before the next appointment. The participant is responsible for obtaining the documents (collection or postage if it is not possible to send them by e-mail). One course unit can be given in private lessons for an additional charge.
If a course has to be discontinued for medical reasons (long-term illness, hospitalization, premature birth), the costs will be refunded on a pro rata basis (less material costs and expense allowance).
If a course date has to be postponed by the course instructor, she will arrange an alternative date that everyone can attend.
Course participants have the opportunity to book a discounted 1-hour individual session (CHF 70.-) for the duration of the course.

I accept no liability for any deterioration in your state of health that occurs at the same time as the coaching or course.
It is the responsibility of the participants,
- to inform me if you have any health restrictions, are taking medication and/or are undergoing medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
- If necessary, clarify with your doctor or psychotherapist whether participation in a course or individual coaching makes sense in your case or instruct me to contact your therapist.
